Acoustiguide is the world’s first voice navigation company providing interactive audio and multimedia guides to world-renowned museums, tourist attractions and visitor centers, including the Louvre and Guggenheim.

Having already developed good relationships with several prominent museums in China, Acoustiguide saw an opportunity to connect directly with their core user base and position themselves as a key opinion leader (KOL) in the field of arts and culture in China.

It was, therefore, essential that the online user experience matched their world-class reputation offline.

This started with a fully optimized website for mainland China, which ensured a loading speed of less than 3 seconds and a top ranking on Chinese search engines.

After extensive research and customer profiling, we then set about crafting a tailor-made content marketing strategy. In addition to creating Mandarin-based audio and video guides, Up2China produces engaging and shareable social content to inspire those with a growing interest in museums and exhibitions across China.

We’re currently helping Acoustiguide to develop this into the go-to WeChat media channel for arts and culture through extensive promotion and collaborations with other KOLs in the sector.
